The DIY couple
For those who have certain items planned such as the venue, specific vendors picked out, or decorating talents but would like help pulling all the elements together. Bridal Dove will help you plan your wedding and organize contact with vendors. We will be there to help with setup and coordinate the entire day of your wedding so that you and your family can live in the moment.
Day of Coordinating Package
- Three Meetings:
- The first is 4 weeks before your wedding date to gather all of your vendor information and make sure you have all the bases covered.
- The second is 2 weeks before your wedding date to confirm all vendor information and confer any last minute changes.
- The third is the week of the wedding preferably 3-5 days before the big day to go over your final wedding day itinerary.
- During the 4 weeks leading up to your wedding day we will take over with the vendors to be your single point of contact. This is the period of time when the most questions come up and the final details are worked out.
- The day of your wedding we coordinate with vendors to ensure all goes smooth and remedy possible issues before they arise.
- We stay after the reception to direct and assist with clean up. In many cases this helps avoid costly clean up fees from venus and rental companies.
- We gather and hold items available for pickup or delivery to the bride and groom if needed.
Day of Coordinating Saver Package
- One meeting the week of your weeding to gather all the details of your wedding including vendors, venues, and any special instructions.
- The day of your wedding we coordinate with vendors to ensure all goes smooth and remedy possible issues before they arise.
- We stay after the reception to direct and assist with clean up. In many cases this helps avoid costly clean up fees from venus and rental companies.
- We gather and hold items available for pickup or delivery to the bride and groom if needed.

Full Service Planning & Coordinating Package
- Creating and optimizing your budget using our custom online tools, this allows us both to see and update the budget as needed. This can be done in person or over the phone depending on your needs and availability.
- Guest count and list creation. Although you will provide the names we can help guide you on creation of a guest list to ensure you remain within your budget.
- Check list, aside from the obvious there are many small items that go into a wedding with our checklist tools we help you visualize the progress of your wedding planning process.
- Choosing a style is an important step since everything will be affected by it, location, vendors, and food choices for example. If needed we can help profile your style and guide you in realizing your vision if yours is not as well defined as you would like it to be.
- Stationery, which is much more than just invitations, is an important piece of the tapestry that we will guide you through early on. There are many local and online vendors that offer wonderful prices and selection.
- Assistance in finding vendors and locations that match your style. If you have a specific vendor or venue in mind that's great, if not, we spend all of our spare time researching and visiting wedding vendors and venues to provide you with real insight.
- If your budget calls for it we can create custom décor at amazing prices compared to using an outside vendor. Even if budget is not an issue we provide our creative decorating services.
- Advice on wedding etiquette and form in many areas before and after the ceremony.
- Unlimited meetings by appointment which includes:
- Initial consultation and contract signing.
- Vendor, venue showings and tastings.
- Final consultations before the wedding.
- Unlimited e-mails, texting, Facebook, and phone calls. Being accesable to our clients is one of our top priorities.
- We act as a central contact point with vendors and venues coordinating payments and ensuring all your bases are covered.
- We create the rehearsal dinner, wedding day, and reception itinerary. Each event and vendor is directed with the use of these itineraries.
- During last few weeks leading up to your wedding day we verify that all vendor and venue agreements are in good standing and research possible vendor backups available on your date.
- The day of your wedding we coordinate with vendors to ensure all goes smooth and remedy possible issues before they arise.

Don't be surprised by a limo waiting at your door for a night on the town months before your wedding, or a grand exit in a heli as your reception guests wave you off to start a new life in style. If you so much as lift a finger it's probably just be cause you just love being involved.
Full Service Planning & Coordinating (with benefits) Package
- You receive the full catalogue of services listed in the package above.
- In addition you'll be treated to random surprises throughout your engagement which could include spa days, limo ushered date nights with your fiancé, or a helicopter ride from the ceremony to the reception or as a grand exit from the reception. Just to name a few.
- We guarantee at least 3 unexpected adventures, however this is almost as much fun for us as it is for you. So when we get special deals from vendors don't be surprised to be a little "extra" spoiled.
- All our surprise "mini" events are flexible, if we surprise you at a time in which you are unavailable we reschedule.
The determined couple

- Stationary services for save the dates, rehearsal dinner invitations, wedding announcements, wedding invitations, bridal shower invitations, table numbers and labels, etc. (may include selection assistance, assembly, and or hand addressing invitations)
- Assistance with selecting décor and rental items or custom creation of decorations that only exist in your imagination.
- Fashion consulting at bridal boutiques and suit shops for wedding party attire selection.
- Wedding party letters to remind them of fittings and dates of importance.
- Timeline and itinerary creations and submission to vendors prior to your wedding date.
- RSVP management, includes receiving them and maintaining your final guest list count.
- Hotel selection and room blocks for out of town guests.
- Catering menu creation assistance and accompaniment to catering panels.
- Day of Coordination for the rehearsal dinner, bridal shower, bachelor/bachelorette party, or engagement party.
- Day of Coordination for the wedding day.
- Seating arrangement charts.
